First car I bought there took a ridiculous 5 hours. Seven or so years later I decided to buy a car again and the dealer was much more efficient, taking about 90 minutes. The service department has issues. I have had my car there for the same issue 3 times - most recently 5/6/2024 and it was apparent to both me and the service coordinator (Jeremy) that the techs had literally done nothing. They had my car 4 hours and literally did nothing before telling me it was ready. I have not received a call back from the service manager... read more
