Great selection of used vehicles, staff was friendly and answered every question we had! Overall a great buying experience at Regal Kia in Lakeland.
Bad experience. they used the wrong viscosity oil.i had to make a return trip at my expense to correct their. Mistake
I was charged $500 more stating regal care on my final invoice than I was promised negotiated price that was included everything. I was handed invoice next day . When I complained about it to manager he laughed and seems like he don’t care and let me get out his office.
Service was as expected. Long wait time on Mondays Last two visits have not received a car wash. I specifically asked on last visit but still didn't receive.
Need new seating in service waiting room, chairs very old and falling apart dirty okd
Service department appointments are punctual. Employees, are reliable and helpful. Work performed is most thorough and complete maintenance and repairs . Thank you regal Kia for your most excellent service
