These people are liars they try to force me to sell my van by telling me it would cost 11,000.00 to fix my engine..Then after I refused. They trumped up storeing fees to get money and put the price so high so I wouldn't be able to get my van back..these people are scammers beware..They are so full of it!!!!!! I'm furious

Requested estimate for headlight that is out. Received email for several items including headlight and didn’t realize it. Sent a text back asking if that was the headlight repair? I never received anything back. I never spoke with the service advisor after the the initial greeting. No one came over to explain what was needed for all those repairs while I was sitting at the dealership. I only had the cashier walk up and tell me I was ready. A complete lack of customer service.
