Fadhil was great! The process didn’t take too long and I actually got the car I wanted! I got a great deal with on some concerns I had. My husband and I will be back for a third Kia.

It took a week for someone to let me know what was wrong with my car, the two weeks for the job to be completed and NO ONE NOTIFIED ME IT WAS DONE! Plus I asked for the breaks to be done and THEY WEREN’T EVEN DONE! Now I have to wait longer for that to get done! It was no communication! Extremely poor customer service!
