My experience leaves me in question . Twice in the last few years the work that was supposed to be done wasn't . Regal had no problem charging me . Tell me how you would rate a company or business ? It would be nice to get a response from you about that .

We have been doing business with Regal for many years and bought several vehicles. The last few times we have come to the service department, our vehicle has not been completely serviced. We just had our Sedona serviced and AC fixed and it isn’t working. This has been only one of the issues within the last year we have been going for service. We used to tell people the Regal Kia had the best service department and that has not been true lately. We even recommend friends to buy vehicles at Regal and have had a few friends buy... read more
