Very professional and courteous team, service needs were completed in a timely manner. Waiting area very comfortable with tv, wifi and good coffee.. Overall, Regal does a great job of taking care of the customer. Pleasure telling friends and family about your Dealership. I was sold a car that should not have been sold. I have been lied to about it being repaired. I am still waiting for the to start working on it. Since August 23rd. This is the second car i have bought from regal that I have had these problems with. I have heard allot of other people with similar issues there.
