Not happy about the work that was supposed to be done only to see that it wasn't completely done. No problem with charging me only to find out it never completed. Two strikes and hopefully I won't see the third . All the years of service and the purchase of my 2016 KIA Sorento I would have thought I would be a valuable customer .

I can always depend on Jorge to make sure my car is properly serviced. However, during my last carwash someone altered the settings on my seat, steering wheel, mirror, and a/c vent. That doesn’t normally happen and I don’t find fault with Jorge for someone else’s disrespect.
