The dealership is more of a service center as they have very few new cars on the lot while the used car lot is full. Overall service here is pretty good, the techs are smart and quick to diagnose issues, the service advisors are on top of communicating with customers, however if your car is in need of service requiring contact with KIS corporate you are going to be screwed and without any vehicle (yours/loaner) until someone decides to authorize either repairs and or a loaner.
