Waited about 15 months for them to deliver a chester drawer after about 50 calls each with excuse after excuse that it will be there next week but then it never comes. Was quick enough to take the money but not quick enough to send the items. Bad service. Waiting 15 months after paying is just not acceptable. Will never go here again and neither should anyone reading this.
Got a super king bed and mattress from Regal a couple of months ago, because their service and product quality was so high I decided to purchase a 3 in 1 set of coffee tables from them which was delivered and assembled today by Atif. Really happy with the quality, delivery speed and service from him. Thank you!
Just bought our latest 2 new beds from Regal Furniture ! That’s now all 4 of our beds from them. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Gave us very good advice when making our choice and accomodated our particular preferences without hesitation- unlike many places where its “ what you see is all that you can order”. Beds were delivered on time as promised and the delivery team also put the beds together for us - Perfect service and great quality product . Highly recommended!

Purchased a bed from Regal furniture, and by far the service was quick. Told them exactly what design i was looking for and they provided. Delivery was on time. Communication from sale to delivery, quality was spot on. Always kept in the loop in progress of order. Bed was put together in less than 20min. Amazing people and service. I did some research before coming here and same bed elsewhere was twice the price...so a very Happy customer! Thanks again Regal furniture.
