Recently used Regal Autosport for the first time to resolve a leaking mechatronics gasket. Great communication from the initial enquiry, to appointment reminders, to updates received on the day of the repair. So impressed by the experience I booked in for further work, new brake pads and battery, which was completed swiftly the following week.
Recently had an MOT done on my bmw. They let me know what needed to be done and advised me on the options I had. Communication could've been a little bit better but other than that no issues.
