I have been attending this practice for numerous years which I was very happy with. When the outgoing owner retired I did not know what to expect from the new owner. However I was not disappointed. On my first visit I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. I was given the time and expertise by Priya a lovely lady. Overall I feel very happy attending the practice from the delightful receptionist Bina to Priya .

First check up in seven years and I suspected there might be some issues. Without any prompts they identified all of my concerns and showed me and explained everything in a manner which made perfect sense and they then outlined the various options. There was never any pressure to get anything done, indeed I decided to get more work done than was perhaps suggested. I used to have a fear of the dentist until finally biting the bullet and coming to see Dr Ganatra, who put me at ease. Having retired I have had a few sessions with Preetha who I have again had no issues with!

I was referred to AJ, following my last dentist (Dr Ganatra) retiring. Sadly, my top, two front teeth were damaged following trauma. I attempted to use as a temporary measure, glass ionomer restorative material to my two front teeth, which got broken & looked absolutely terrible, resulting in further damage, to my four front teeth & loss of confidence in smiling. Since moving to the area I was looking for a new dentist and honestly Refresh is the Best dentist I've seen in a long time. All staff is very nice and very professional. Makes you feel so comfortable and peaceful while having treatment I had my first Hygiene care yesterday with Shay she was amazing! Definitely recommend, if you are looking for a friendly and caring dentist and a place you feel safe and comfortable then Hit up Refresh!
