Brad provided a competatively priced quote detailing the work that was needed to be done on our roof. He answered all of our questions regarding the process and completed the job quickly and to a high standard. A pleasure to work with, would definately recommend.

Very poor customer service. Darren has put the phone down on me when I asked why he hasn't rung to say when he is coming. Seems to think it is odd for the client to want to be at home when he does the work. Seems very good when giving a quote, but hasn't turned up to do the work. I accept that work is weather dependent, but letting people know when you are coming is not.

The crew was late, unprofessional, and careless. Our new roof leaks within weeks. I regret hiring them. Avoid this contractor.

I had my roof replaced by Reform Roofing recently and honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Brad, who runs the company, was great from the start—really easy to talk to, straightforward, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job.
