What a wonderfully relaxing experience in a quiet space. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. I explained my problems and felt listened to for my Taster half hour reflexology session. The scent of lavender permeates the room and I enjoyed the experience very much . A follow up text next day to make sure I felt fine was reassuring. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the excellent reflexology session. It was a very relaxing and rebalancing experience, and felt so good on the feet. Tracy pays great attention to detail, makes accurate observations and takes a very professional approach in the way she works. I’d highly recommend this to anyone, whether you do a lot of sports and need to relieve tension or purely to destress otherwise.
