I have recently visited Adrian for reflexology after recommendations. I immediately felt so comfortable and at ease as I suffer from PTSD , so this was a big step for me. Adrian has been amazing and I have been introduced to reiki which has really had a great impact on me. It has been truly so helpful and I now feel there is a way forward for me. Adrian is a wonderful person and has a remarkable gift in this area. I am going to continue with these healing methods with Adrian, and could not thank him enough.
I’d never tried reflexology before but I was 7 days overdue with our little boy and had heard reflexology can help to bring on labour, plus I needed something to help me to relax. Adrian responded immediately to my enquiry and came to my home the following day. Adrian did everything he could to ensure I was as comfortable as possible and he talked through the theory behind each of the massage techniques. I felt really good afterwards and would highly recommend. Thank you Adrian.
