I saw Rene in the later stages of my pregnancy with my second child after feeling disconnected, struggling with sleep issues and generally feeling low. Rene really took the time to check in as to how I was doing and explain the process. During the treatment I was able to completely relax and let go for the first time in my pregnancy. She helped me reset how I was feeling and I went into the birth of my second child feeling much more positive and hopeful.
I had a wonderful experience with Rene - I was very pregnant at the time and keen to gently encourage the baby out, so booked a session with Rene… and the baby arrived 12 hours later! It was my first reflexology appointment and Rene was amazing at talking me through what would happen and why, and did her best to relax me even though it wasn’t easy given how pregnant and uncomfortable I was! I would 100% recommend Rene for a warm, wise and amazingly comforting and relaxing treatment.
Receiving reflexology from Rene is like being transported to another planet of peace and tranquility! As well as feeling extremely stressed mentally, I could feel it manifesting physically before I saw Rene. But, during the treatment I felt waves of relief as this began to dissipate almost immediately - I wish I could go everyday! Rene also gave an impressively comprehensive consultation before the treatment, really taking the time to listen. I thoroughly recommend
Reflexology with Rene was wonderful. I walked away feeling relaxed and restored. Rene has made the space in her home super comfortable and calming. Rene is a talented therapist, not only was she great at the treatment but she was knowledgable about things I didn’t know could be discovered through my feet. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I am very much looking forward to my next treatment. Go on treat yourself and your feet!
I've had reflexology before but this was a very different (in a good way!) experience. Rene was really welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed straight away. She was able to find problem areas and issues I'd been experiencing through just my feet! I left feeling totally relaxed and had the best night's sleep I've had in ages.
