I went to Paula with lower back pains. Paula was fantastic. After an assessment, she fully explained why and how these aches and pains are caused. The massage itself is very thorough and felt 100x better after. I have kept a regular appointment, once a month and the difference now with my back is unbelievable. I would highly recommend Paula.

Paula's skills using Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) have greatly helped my elderly relative with her ankle swelling. After each session, her swelling was significantly reduced, the discomfort she experienced alleviated, and her overall feeling of well-being increased. Paula is highly skilled, very competent and professional. Everyone who goes to her, young or old, are in very safe hands!
