Fabulous. I have been going regularly for several months and have seen great improvement in my leg oedema and stress levels. I walk in feeling tired and lethargic and leave walking on air, feeling weightless and as if my legs are feather light and calm and relaxed. I would go every week if possible, Eve really knows what she is doing. Cannot recommend too highly:)

I can highly recommend Eve's Reflexology sessions be it for specific ailments or general well-being. I have found the treatments to be extremely effective. Eve is extremely knowledgeable, caring and a good listener. The treatment room is relaxing filled with beautiful scents, calming background music and views across Mayfield valley....
Eve is a fantastic reflexologist. I can not recommend her highly enough. Each time I have been to see her I have immediately felt the benefit and the work she does has had a lasting effect on my physical health and my wellbeing. Reflexology is an amazing thing. Don't knock it until you have given it a go.
I first went to see Eve for PCOS and stress related issues. EVE is always on time and prepared for our arranged sessions. She is very warming and has a lovely calmness about herself. I felt very relaxed during our treatments in her clean treatment studio. After the sessions I felt light as a feather, all my stress & worries are gone and sleep very well later on.
