What a lovely caring lady, Alisa makes you feel so welcome from start to finish, she will ask you about your day, and general chit chat, its so cosy in the room, the music is beautiful and I just feel ever so relaxed, in fact I drift off, have a little snooze, and the hour is perfect, afterwards, Alisa, tells me of what she feels is happening with my body and she has been spot on every time, so much so, that I have switched up my diet and made a few other changes to my lifestyle. Despite my skepticism around reflexology initially, I have to say that I have felt the overall benefits of it and have a better understanding of myself since starting a regular appointment. Alisa takes time to explain things and offers sound advice on how you can continue to help yourself with your ailments after the session. She’s very knowledgeable and always welcoming.
Fantastic service, very organised and above all an excellent reflexologist! Not all reflexologists are equal… but Alisa is simply ace. Highly recommend.
Being relatively new to reflexology, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Alisa is the first practitioner/therapist I approached for treatment and I honestly don’t think that I could have chosen better. Alisa is excellent at what she does and has a lovely clean, comfortable, relaxing workspace. The beautiful smelling essential oils are also lovely and add to the overall relaxing experience.
