Had Reflex Elie Ltd install 3 new glazing units to match the original failed units. This company was prompted to respond and quote for the replacement units. They also gave great advice in suggesting an alternative specification offering greater safety due to location. As for the insulation, the two guys were quick, competent, clean and professional. In my experience it's rare to have any kind of work done without some issues; late or patchy arrivals on site; hidden costs; issues with work quality and poor communication, to name a few. I'm delighted to say none of these applied with Reflex's team, probably the most satisfactory experience we've had with any work team, ever.
