Very pleased with the windows and door which was fitted by Reflex Elite. The two fitters were very friendly and helpful plus they did a first class job.
We've been really happy with the work and service from the guys at Reflex. Communication has been great from start to finish and the 2 fitters that came to fit and replace our old skylights were very considerate of my home. We will be using them again for our internal doors in 2025 :) Thank you Reflex
Avoid. Several of the windows blew after 5 years of being Installed. They did come and replace them,but after 8 years more have blown and Reflex said that they were out of guarantee ,so had to get someone else to come and replace them. Also the front door broke after about 4 years,again they did repair it but still not the greatest fit. Just had 10 years of them, but they are looking shabby.
They charged me for work and all has failed. Each hot/cold day we predict another window will fail, and it always does. Today, 11th October 2024, another one of REFLEX ELITE windows failed. PLEASE NOTE: I've had no communication from the company to date.
Excellent throughout. The sales reception staff were great; most helpful and knowledgeable. The fitter/installer was brilliant and everything was finished off superbly. No hesitation in saying every aspect from consultation to finish was faultless.
