Excellent service from reeds rains in relation to my house purchase Elizabeth was fantastic and always kept me informed by telephone if the situation and always helped when required. She was very approachable and friendly and offered a professional service.
The Reeds Rains team and particularly Tia and Chloe made a very stressful set of circumstances and chain much more manageable. They truly went above and beyond their role and we are very thankful for all their help and support through the sale of our home.
Would just like to leave a review for Elizabeth, even though I never bought a house from her I just wanted some appreciation to go towards her. She is definitely one of the best service workers I have spoken to in my life, she has a genuine care to make sure I was looked after and happy. She went above and beyond if there was more people like her in this world it would be a much better place. Keep up the good work!
Changed the tenancy agreement and increased the rental price after paying a holding deposit. Swindlers or incompetent - either way, unprofessional.
