POOR RECIEVED SERVICE. This location ******************, Orlando, FL 32808 will never again be a place of choice to trust to bring my vehicle to. I took my teenager's vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I recieved a call from him stating that his car was making noise. Being an inexperienced driver he had no clue of what danger he was in. I came out to were he was and quickly notice his vehicle tire was not secured with all the lug nuts. One of the worst experiences of my life. I wanted to look at a truck that I found online on their website. They told me it was not ready to be sold. I just wanted to come in and look at it to make sure when it was ready that it would be something I wanted to buy. They really were pushy and didn't want me to come. When I got their it was obvious they talked to each other because the sales person who met me was short and snippy. He already was ready to tell me that the truck was not inspected yet. The dealership was so mischievous they picked me up from work in this vehicle FOUR YEARS AGO IN 2016 which was not a reliable vehicle as asked. BY FAR THIS WAS ONE OF the WORST Decisions but biggest life lessons I HAVE MADE IN A LIFETIME. THE SALESMAN WAS SO DESPERATE TO MAKE THE COMMISION AND SALE HE DIDNT THINK TWICE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND LONG TERM. Honest review of my 1 1/2 year experience with Reed Nissan. BUYER BEWARE because they are crooks. In June of 2018 my husband and I purchased a 6 month old 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV. I searched online for reputable companies and we outsourced to purchase. We live an hour away. Well days after we purchased we noticed a German roach problem. Took it back and they kept it for almost a month. I'm completely disappointed with this company. I purchased a "new" car in May I returned back at least 5 times because the car had roaches, a bad smell and the seats were dirty with some red/brown stuff. I bombed the car I was reimbursed for that and they cleaned the car. I complained about a smell in the car which it doesn't matter how many times I clean the car the seats smell.
