Horrendous I bought plot 52 off plan and wish I hadn’t! The sales process was horrendous – the completion date was changed so many times that eventually I had to move into temporary accommodation. Once I moved in there were hundreds of snags, these should be fixed within two weeks but months and months later there has lots of promises, but nothing much actually done (the customer service is outrageously bad). Moved in to St Michaels Meadow a couple of months ago, very happy with experience so far. Our professional snagger identified minor snags which the site team rectified quickly, the sales staff and site team have both been really friendly and helpful throughout the process

I bought one of these houses and have been bitterly disappointed. There is NO customer service whatsoever. -Dangerous electrics (with fake electrical cert) -Leaks all over -Almost every optional extra is damaged / faulty -Over 240 snags (some minor, many significant / dangerous) -Six months in and still waiting for snags to be resolved. Honest opinion. PLOT 50 The internal works are horrendous paint work is absolutely shocking we are now paying our own guy to come and correct it. I think the worst part of the whole process is the aftercare it’s absolutely horrendous. Trying to get them back for the snags has been testing. Leaking toilets Leaking kitchen which took over 3 months to correct. I still have snags out standing which I will have to chase again. It has definitely put me off buying a new build.
