Good built quality, Sharon and the team have been great. But if you consider yourself to be tall, there are some considerations. Patio doors aren’t as tall as internal, blinds/shades can be tricky due to the recessing. internal ceilings are barely 7’5, you may need to consider spot lights to avoid hitting your head on shades. ‘High’ is further away for the short than the tall!!

It was a nice 4Bed show home. But, it wasn’t furnished and there was no floor plan details with measurements of the rooms. So, it din’t give much idea about the space left in the bedroom around the bed or whether the side tables could fit or not etc. But, the house was nice, fittings were of high quality. Superstores and petrol station are in near proximity. More houses are being built.

Very poorly built homes. In relation to both the quality of materials and standard of workmanship. After you’ve bought they are awful at addressing issues and have very very low standards. Would not recommend anyone buys on this estate. Edit: Claire - as you well know I have been raising the issues with Redrow for years, and you have failed to fix things. Hence me having to go to NHBC. So leaving the email address and asking me to contact you seems to serve no purpose.
