Do not buy Redrow! I had pipes installed incorrectly in the kitchen and this took 8 months for them to fix. My washing machine didn’t fit properly as I had pipes in places where there shouldn’t be any pipes. Multiple days off from work and a lot of poorly organised appointments from Redrow. Now I’m going through a second leak since I moved in and Redrow is refusing to fix it. Poor communication and customer service in general. Poor workmanship! I recently purchased my first home at Eaton Green Heights & found the whole experience to be a fantastic one from start to finish.
