I have been dealing with Ryan Jordan at Redpath Bruce and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a real asset to the company, having dealt with a number of factors in the past I confirm he is attentive, communicative, and competent, all values which any owner would hope to find in their factor. Excellent.

Redpath Bruce are one of the most unreliable and unprofessional groups of people I have ever dealt with. Since the 4th of July 2021, I have been trying to get my 'property manager' to arrange for the garage water ingress issue to be investigated and resolved. My 'property manager' has done nothing to address the problem. It has now been eight months since I started emailing them on a weekly basis in an attempt to get the issue resolved, and I have still not received any quotations from any contractors. There are many things that can be tricky when dealing with factors whom have to deal with many difficulties, but I want to single out Leanne Drummond at Redpath Bruce as the best and most professional I’ve dealt with. Highly attentive and client focussed she has elevated my opinion of factors enormously over the last couple of years.
