Great property Manager and Factor! We changed our factor over a year ago and after a selection process where many people were of the opinion that they were all much of the same we decided to go with Redpath Bruce. It has been night and day. Our property manager is enthusiastic and gets back to us quickly. He even managed to sort out a legacy issue that has been ongoing for four years, getting insurance to pay for the repairs. So far a year and a half on, I can’t recommend them highly enough

If 0 was an option I would use that. Absolute con artists. Weirdly need everything paid upfront so don’t have any capital. Avoid like the plague. Staff don’t seem to know what kind of properties they are looking after.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve never experienced worse customer service than I have from Redpath Bruce - to the point I no longer feel safe in my property, avoid them at all cost. Firstly you’ll have to wait at least two weeks for any response from them, no efficiency or customer care whatsoever. The main entrance door of the property repeatedly breaks and makes access from the busy main road outside the property into the flats incredibly easy. As a woman who lives alone this makes me feel unsafe and puts me at risk.... read more
