1 star as 0 is not an option. They don’t do what they tell you they will do. One receptionist says one thing, another says the opposite. They don’t communicate with the patient. You book an appointment for 4pm, arrive on time, then are told that the appointment was actually for 5pm and to return then, then you return an hour later and they ask you why you didn’t arrive at 4pm for your appointment and you can’t be seen today. Considering the financial and operational disaster that is NHS Wales, Redlands Surgery does as best as they can be expected to, probably much better. Great staff all round that always try to help, even when they can't. The triage process for getting a doctor callback is reasonably good, once you can talk to a GP you can usually get to see one, assuming you actually have something wrong. They have an on-site phlebotomist so blood tests are simple and quick, with no unnecessary journeys to the hospital.
Doctors always very helpful, in emergencies there always quick to get me In to see a gp
