I had an issue with a referral appointment I never got and received a letter advising I didn’t attend and Alison called up the hospital and booked me in for 2 days later! If it wasn’t for Alison I would have been referred and waiting another 5 weeks! Thank you so much Alison! Your a star and a massive credit to the surgery x
We have visited the surgery my husband had an appointment I was carrying my baby 2 year old, and front staff or reception lady was rude with me, when my child was playing with the door. She was rude, it seems to me she doesn't like Asian people but the Doctor was amazing Dr Ahmed was very polite and nice to us. My husband got recovered from bad pain with the help of a doctor Ahmed.
What a great doctors surgery, I have only just recently moved to Blackburn and I was recommended by friends to attend this one. The level of care is outstanding, all of the receptionist staff are so lovely and welcoming. I felt at ease straight away after seeing my doctor, he really put my mind at ease. Thankyou very much
The best doctors surgery I’ve ever been registered to, all of the receptionists are so welcoming and friendly and their communication is always amazing. The doctors are always so attentive and make sure I understand everything, I always feel fulfilled with the service. Best of the best I couldn’t fault it. 5 stars!
