Recently sold our house through Redian real estate and had a very positive experience through from Ryan coming out to value and initially chat and explain the process to Adam working with us throughout the sale, the lads where fantastic. Didn’t push us into selling and made sure it was the right price and thing for us. Couldn’t recommend Redian enough if you are buying or selling your property the lads will keep you at ease throughout what is a stressful process in it self. Thanks lads
I don't recommend using this agency. It involves jumping through several hoops and wasting a lot of time just to view a house(rental). It seems like they can't be bothered to do their job properly. Edit: It seems my initial assessment was accurate. Despite numerous inquiries about a property, the agency has failed to respond. However, they did find the time to reply to my review. This experience has made me feel that renting a property is akin to playing a lottery where the winner is chosen randomly.
Redian Estate agents / Ryan Molloy provide an excellent service (10/10). I mainly dealt with Adam when selling my property, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sale process. He was available at any stage when I called for an update and nothing was ever an issue with any assistance I required. I had minimal interaction with Mark, however, when chatting in their place of business, he was able to give me guidance in relation to my sale which helped steer me in the right direction. Just bought a property from Redian a couple of weeks ago. We are very happy with it and very satisfied. Any questions, any queries were solved in minutes. The job was done at high standards. Compared to other real estate agencies they are new to this market but they do a high professional job. Thanks very much to Ryan and all his team for helping and good luck what are you doing.
