This has been the most comprehensive inspection I’ve ever had. The inspectors were professional and detailed. I appreciated how quickly the report was generated and how each detail of the report was explained before the inspectors left the property.

The office personnel and the team they sent out were incredibly professional from start to finish. They communicated everything they would do upfront. Great service, as usual. Great communication with me (the agent) prior to the inspection. The inspector went over all captured issues with the buyer at the house at the end of the inspection and she could ask all her questions. The report was sent to me and the buyer before we left the house.
What a great team! Ruben delivered his findings in a detailed and professional manner. He answered all of my questions, and I always felt that he knew exactly what he was talking about, I never felt unsure of his answers! They were highly professional, and I would highly recommend!
