RedFish scheduled the home inspection very soon after they were contacted. Their report was very thorough, especially considering the home was still occupied. The report will be quite helpful to me as a buyer as I seek a cost-sharing arrangement with the seller to address the items that are of safety concern. I might include the fact that while the report involved some technical detail, it was written in a manner that was understandable to this old guy who has some experience administering governmental buildings.
I thought these guys were very Thorough. My friends and family was there with me making a lot of noise, but these guys worked diligently unfazed by the noise. When done explained things very well. Answered all my questions

They did a wonderful job on two recent inspections for my clients. I appreciate their team approach to the inspections which provides multiple sets of eyes and opinions in their inspection of the property. Additionally, their reports are usually ready within a few hours which is very helpful with short option periods.I would highly recommend them!
A two man team of inspectors that did an entirely through job in inspecting the home. I'm happy I hired them. We backed out of a home due to their through inspection and saved ourselves thousands. Will use them when we're under contract again.
