We used Redferns to sell a flat in Sidmouth. The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive all the way through the process, going the extra mile to keep prospective buyers on board, and keeping us in the loop. (I'd like to give a special mention to John for all his hard work on our behalf.) Given that we don't live locally, it was incredibly helpful to have such a committed and friendly team looking after us and our property. Thank you Redferns!

I used Redferns to sell my home and that of my recently deceased Mother. I wrote to the directors of the business and said. “I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your organisation for the smooth and business like manner in selling both my and my Mother’s property. We recently sold our house with the help of Redferns in Sidmouth. It truly was an absolute pleasure to deal with Lee and all the staff there. Selling/buying houses is stressful but they take all that stress away with their extremely professional service : prompt, efficient, patient and friendly. Would highly recommend. Brilliant service, Ben was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were also impressed that he came to show us the house even though (due to road closures) it was extremely difficult to get there, unfortunately some other estate agents in Sidmouth were not so helpful.
