I have had about 3 months of painful sciatica, numerous GP appointments and some physio. Although feeling sore, after some manipulation, I feel so much more positive today. Liz really listened and explained everything in such good detail. I would absolutely recommend their services.
Can’t recommend Abi enough. I’ve attended 3 times, twice for a sports massage for an ongoing neck muscle issue and once for a hot stone massage. The sports massage was incredible and in 2 sessions Abi completely eliminated the pain and stiffness in my neck. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye so went for a hot stone massage as a little treat and it was amazing! Relaxing, comfortable and professional. Will definitely be back for more massage treats! Thank you 😊
