I have suffered with my lower back on & off for years. When it 'goes' I'm unable to walk for 2-3 weeks, typically reliant on a cocktail of pain killers to get through. I was suffering from back and sciatic pain, and Imran was very caring and supportive throughout. He began with an x-ray, which reassured me that he could see the real problem, and then recommended a 6-week treatment plan. At first, I didn’t notice much change, but by the end of the course there was a vast improvement. His advice on stretching and exercises also made a big difference.
