We had a flash flood of dirty kitchen water spewing out of our drains and pipes this morning. Bad timing with company flying in tomorrow and a big graduation party here on Friday. I called Reddi Services and instantly was greeted with a friendly receptionist who got me scheduled ASAP. Within an hour I had a call with the ETA of our technician and he was here right on time. I'm a repeat customer with Reddi Services and there's good reason for that! Today, Pepe and his apprentice came out to snake out my sewer line. It overflowed about 8 a.m. and they were at my house by 9:30 a.m. Pepe explained in great detail what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They were courteous and efficient and gave me a senior discount, which I'm sorry to say I now qualify for! I will definitely call Reddi Services again and I highly recommend them.

Searched online and found reddi services. There add said they were affordable and fast and friendly. And they were just that, the dispatch was friendly and super fast to getting a tech to us. Chris groth called us with in minutes after I spoke to the dispatch and told me he would be to us in 30-45 mins. Once Chris arrived he was presentable, friendly, fast, and super knowledgeable. Chris Groth did my cooling maintenance today. He was very thorough, took his time, and educated me about my two units. When he was rinsing the coil on the 2nd-story roof, he noticed that the water wasn't draining down the gutter. Even took time to quickly clear the blockage. That's customer service "honor roll" material!

Pepe Munoz came out to our Dental Office, J H Vogel and EE Matesi, DDS, PC to do some routine maintenance on our drains. He did a great job and was very CLEAN, left no mess!! Also gave us some information on keeping our drains draining smoothly! Pepe has been here over the years a couple of times, he is always very professional and never had to have a call back for anything he has done.

Chris came out and after looking at the problem and discussing my budget, he decided on how to fix the problem within my budget. He did a wonderful job and I did not need to pay more than I could afford. I would recommend them to anyone.
