My wife and I ( Jack and Irma Griffin ) just used Reddi Services for our plumbing needs. We have lived in our home for 36 years. We have used different plumbing services over the years. However, Reddi is the best service we have ever had. Pepe Munoz was our Service Specialist and he was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. REDDI Services failed to honor the warranty on 21 month old AO Smith water heater that blew out the bottom Saturday, since they don't carry that brand. REDDI had been a company we've used twice before. GoodBye!

WOW Jorge Prieto-Moran, Service Specialist with Reddi Services is so knowledgeable and professional. He figured our what I needed and was done in a flash. Kept his work area clean. Ben Aguilar from Jan Ashford Plumbing was wonderful! I was told he would be here in about an hour. He got to my house 20 minutes after calling them. He was friendly and courteous and very knowledgable. Will always call this company if I need a plumber and will ask for Ben!

My 96 year old mother was very distressed that her sink had backed up after a visit my family had to her house. Benjamin came out and was very helpful and knowledgable, explaining all the work he was doing. After he had fixed the problem, he carefully clean her sink and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. This was very reassuring to her. He did a great job!

Pepe is a lifesaver. I had no water coming from two faucets in the bathroom. Frank came out yesterday and said the new fixtures (new home) Moen fixtures were worn out. Buy new ones and call back. I did purchase the new ones and Pepe was sent to install. Pepe went the extra mile and determined that Frank's opinion could not be the problem. Pepe took the fixture apart, found the calcium buildup problem from non-usage....cleaned the calcium and voila WATER! Pepe did this despite the 8pm hour. He is truly my HERO! Pepe did great work and fast! Fixed the toilet and a outdoor spigot problem that we've had for weeks! Very happy with the service!
