They were quick and reliable, at our door within about an hour of first call. Ben did an awesome job and I will definitely recommend him and this company for plumbing needs.

My shower drain was clogged and taking on water with every use of the adjacent bathroom sink, I tried a manual snake, even rented a power snake from the hardware store. But I couldn't get it to advance enough to unclog it, Jorge Prieto-Moran came out on Feb 23, he was on time, pleasant, explained how the 2 drains worked together and cleared the clog, and how to try an prevent further clogs in the future, he also explained to me how the main drain worked in the back yard. On Valentine's Day our kitchen faucet broke and leaked underneath the sink. We called Reddi Services and Frank Mata came out and installed the new faucet and did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful and polite, which hasn't always been our experience with other plumbing companies we have used in the past. We were very pleased with the work Frank did and would definitely call Reddi Services again when we have a plumbing problem.

Jorge came to my house on Sunday to check out my problem which turns out to be a septic problem not a plumbing problem.. He did a very complete job and snaked the lines. I felt he knew exactly what he doing.

Jorge Preto-Moran showed up to fix our plumbing problem within 1 hour of our first call. Thirty minutes later everything is working again! Jorge was highly professional and very easy to work with. He diagnosed the problem immediately and explained the problem and the fix in detail. We love this company and have used them many times. Their technicians are clean, well groomed, uniformed and always highly professional. Reddi services is our first call for any plumbing, air conditioning or other household issues.
