Reddi services Ben Aguilar was here today; he fixed the plumbing problem promptly, was efficient and pleasant. I trust him, and will definitely call again him for any future plumbing problems.

Gerald S. came to our house and shared very helpful information on a shower valve that was giving us problems. He had a friendly and professional manner, explaining in clear, concise and understandable language the problem and the options that we had to fix it. We will most probably ask that he return for further work in the future.

Used Reddi Services to replace Original Orangeburg Pipe, with new plastic sewer pipe. Worked with Bob McKean who coordinated all the work, and Aaron and Umberto came out to do the replacement. Nice gentlemen. Everyone came out on time, and Bob always returned his calls. A week later we had a lot of rain and the top dirt on the trench sank a little, and Bob sent Mickey out to add more dirt and compaction. They did what they said they were going to do.

My water heater went on strike, so I called Reddi Services and asked for Benjamin Aguilar by name, as recommended by a trusted neighbor. I'll never look anywhere else for pumping services. Ben is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. He even took care of a leaking toilet on the same visit. Call Reddi Services and ask for Ben. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

I arrived home on New Year's morning to a flooded kitchen. I called Reddi Services and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Chris G. was my service technician. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. What I liked most was the honesty ... no up-selling or complicating a simple fix. I will definately be recommending Reddi Services. We have used this company before and were very pleased with the end result. We needed to call them out again this week. We had some plumbing that was on its last leg. Gerald came out (Friday) and inspected the issues, explaining what would/could be required. He returned the following Monday, and walked us through every step of the process. This is not the first time I have called Reddi Services to save the day but today Jorge Moran saved my day. I sprung a leak in my irrigation pipe and the response from Reddi Services was prompt. Jorge was very polite and explained not only what was wrong but how he would fix it and what it would cost me. He finished the job and cleaned up leaving no mess behind.
