I called Reddi from a referral. Thought I was going to have to replace unit that I could not afford but, fortunately the service rep, Chris Shuck was able to get my older unit working for a small fraction of the cost of a new unit and in less than an hours time. Got a next day appointment for some minor work done in both bathrooms. Juan was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be fixed. Took the time to go over that was done to make sure we were satisfied. He also replaced my garbage disposal as an additional request. Very kind of him to fit that into his schedule and not have to come back. We are very happy with Juan's work and will make sure we request him in the future.

A family member recommended Reddi Services to us when we had a plumbing issue. Fast same day service from Juan fixed our problem. This week we called Reddi Services because of an "emergency" plumbing situation. Pepe arrived shortly after our call and did quick work that fixed the problem! I'd highly recommend Pepe and Reddi services to anyone!

Gerald just finished installing a water heater in our basement. He is known to me, having been to our historic neighborhood home on many occasions in the past. He is friendly, prompt, courteous and knows plumbing! Goes the extra mile, without being asked. I would not use any other plumbing business, have used them for 20 plus years and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Ben Aguilar repaired my bathtub leak problem upstairs and also changed a shower head in the downstairs bathroom as well (less than 5 minutes for that job). Ben has been out to my house several times before. He is pleasant, professional, and gets the job done right. I always feel I am getting good value for the price.

Reddi Services have been extremely helpful and available when you need them. Tech Chris Shuck was fantastic to deal with, provided the various options for my AC repair and provided the pros and cons for each. Chris needed to come back the next day, provided an approximate time and showed up exactly on time. He was quick and efficient. I have used Reddi several times and have always found them to be excellent.
