☆☆☆ (2/5) Very poor service. The sample collection executive did not arrive within the scheduled time slot, even after repeated follow-ups. I had to continuously call to get updates, which was very frustrating. The service is highly unprofessional, and they do not value customers' time. Tata1mg far far better than this cheap quality Redcliffe Labs. Will suggest think thousands time before booking services from Redcliffe Labs.. 🙏
am not happy with your services and find the experience
Very disappointed! Did an allergy testing for my son who has food allergies and results show he has no allergies for the food items that have caused very severe allergic reactions. Doesn’t look like the test was even done!
Very unprofessional behaviour of phlebotomists. They took my diabetic mother sample after delay of 3 hrs for which she kept on fasting. One of their technician and route manager said do what ever you want and complaint where ever you can. Highly errogant behaviour.
I am not happy with your services and find the experience very disappointing. 2stars is only for the sample collecting agent!! Zero for the customer support team. I booked health check-up packages for my entire family, including senior citizen packages with separate male and female options. Due to a typo made by the customer care executive, a male family member was incorrectly registered as female, which prevented sample collection and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
