I would never recommend using this app after the experience I had today. I booked a blood test for Saturday morning between 10–11 AM and had been fasting for the test as instructed. I waited until 11 AM, but nobody arrived to collect the sample. I then called customer care, and the agent informed me that the person assigned to collect my sample would arrive within 30 minutes.
