These people are fraud. After 24 hours they are saying they will need more samples for resampling as the sample they took is insufficient. Why do you guys take insufficient sample at first place? On top of that they have enefficeint tem of customer support staff who says bunch of lies. When i called them in afternoon they told your report is ready it just needs doctors validation and you will get it by eod.
