Very professional and good value for money, competitive pricing for package of all outside cleaning inclusive (roof steam clean, gutters, soffits, fascia, conservatory, window, driveway cleaning). I will need to special mention about the level of customer service and quality of work. I had a leakage issue and RedClean came back 2nd time when the issue is fixed to finish the roof cleaning. Redeemed their offer from Instagram. Pretty disappointed tbh, completed in about 10 mins and the windows look worse than they did before. Changed to 3 stars because they have been in touch and promised to redo the clean since I wasn’t satisfied.
The chap that came to do our windows today [14th Aug] (following a bad clean by his colleague last month) did an excellent job [unfortunately my husband didn't get his name] I couldn't recommend him enough & would be more than happy to have him come & do our windows again. He took great care to ensure that he got the windows, caills & frames done properly.
Company turned up, didn’t go into the back garden (gate was unlocked and this had been communicated) washed 10 front facing windows, and left. Done this all inside 3 minutes. Charged £35. The only this thorough about the job was that I was thoroughly disappointed.
I had my gutters cleared and conservatory roof cleaned and David at RedClean, did a fantastic job.its not the easiest Roof to do bit it now looks great. He was very polite efficient, tidy and cleaned up when finished. GAIL
