They are thieves. I dropped off my car to get washed and later on so a fraudulent charge on my account. I quickly realised a small wallet I leave in the glove box hand been stolen. They had in fact taken just the cards and not the wallet, including my driving licence which amounts to identity theft. I had mistakenly left a small bag of jewellery in the glove box and that too had been stolen. I went to speak to the owner and he didn't care.
