When you go to a home you don't want staff stood around out front smoking ans swearing. My mum will not be going there. The staff need to get some respect
My Auntie is here and currently needs very specific, intense care. Every single staff member in the home have been and still are truly amazing. Their attention to detail, their care, compassion and kindness is above and beyond. Despite being busy with high workloads, you would think they were Bupa with a team of excess staff to use!!! Thank you to each and every one of you for your precious time and kindness.
