Their customer service is atrocious. Their lack to take responsibility of faulty cars is terrible. This business is not worth your money!
For a week, I messaged with a salesperson about a particular car. We got to the point I was preapproved on financing. The car did have a report on Carfax of structural damage. I asked the salesperson and he said no damage, just some hood scratches that had been fixed at a shop. I decided to hire a mechanic to go with me to look at the cars. Customer service has gone down hill immensely since I bought my car there! I was quoted $90 for in cabin air filter, which I bought online for $8.
