Had to file a customer complaint against the Service Department. Service Manager wouldn’t return my calls. National Hyundia Corporation now involved. This is the only time we have had problems with a dealership. Glad to have AutoNation Hyundia in Corpus Christi in our corner. We have had our Hyundia Genesis for 9 years; Love our car hate the service we received at Red Rock.
I am from Michigan and I flew out here to take a look at a used truck. I had talked to Nathan S. over the phone as well as Arb before I flew down here. out of all the dealerships I have dealt with, these guys were the best! From me asking a bunch of questions and calling multiple times to get more information about the truck, or service that was done on it. Friendly and helpful. We went to dealership almost 7:00pm but Marty still let us test drive the Sonata. Then the financial manager help us got the deal right after that. We still can’t believe we drove the car home that night. Definitely recommended.

They helped my family get into a reliable vehicle for a very good price, I recommended them to anyone and everyone i talk too!
They have terrible customer service. I sold my car here and got multiple stories and not one person would return my calls or give me a straight answer about how long it was going to take or when they would pay me after paying off my car. I got nothing but a run around the whole month. When I tried talking to a manager I was told he was “too busy doing manager things” and when I showed up to talk to him a half hour later they claimed he wasn’t even in the building.
