I went into red Rock hyundai and met with Maggie who was an amazing help to us and even we worked with us. So great full for the wonderful people there.
Red Rock was amazing and incredibly patient with me. I wasn’t expecting to leave the store with a vehicle let alone the awesome deal they found for me. Mikey was amazing, hilarious, and kept me updated with the process. Anthony was also incredible and very kind. Shout out to Riley in the Finance Dept for being very clear with everything in the paper work. The whole store was friendly and it felt like a great honest place.
They have a good product, but the dealership needs some help. Mostly the customer service. If I wouldn’t have called almost every day about my car, while beginning repaired. I don’t think I would have ever gotten a phone car, on the progress of the problem with it. Fix the Customer Service.
Today is a great day, because Candy Cain gave us a gift of a new car! Thank you Candy, your service is amazing!
