Alexander in finance department is GREAT, that's about all I can say nice at this point... had some rusty dings that was supposed to be fixed and all they did was cover the rust with paint that's not even the same shade silver and didn't do the other things that was agreed upon. Only reason I settled on the vehicle they persuaded me on was because these things were supposed to FIXED not just covered up

Very disappointed with their sells department & service. Bought a newer truck there about a month ago & the rear view camera wasn’t working correctly. I bought it later in that week so they could do a final inspection on the truck & they noticed that too but the sells guy told me they would cover the cost to fix because everything should be working correctly when you sell a vehicle to a person. Told me they would contact me to set up a time to get it fixed but never did from anyone, so I had to call to get it in. Then bought... read more
They don’t care about their customers. Promised to fix a couple things before purchasing a truck, they kept the truck for an extra day before delivering because they needed more time. When it was finally delivered they still hadn’t done two of the things promised before purchase. Called and took the truck back, left it there for the time they said it would take and upon returning to pick it back up only one of the things had been done. They had plenty of excuses why things weren’t done. Won’t be returning.

STOP GIVING OUT INFO TO 3RD PARTY SCAMMERS
I first came to Red Rock Hyundai 4 yrs ago and got approved for a 2011 Hyundai Sanata, I went in this week again and the wonderful people there got me into a 2017 Nissan Sentra. Alex went above and beyond to get it finalized. Head down there they have ways to try to help u and if they can't they are very honest about everything! Thank you everyone down at Red Rock Hyundai!!!!
