If you have been to one Red Robin, you have been to them all--they are friendly and helpful, courteous, and the food is always good and hot. We had a large group and they handled it as pro's!! Thanks Red Robin!
Last time was the second time in a row we were ignored by our waitress after she put food down on our table. The call light did nothing and she walked past us several times without even looking so I couldn't even get her attention. We needed refills on our drinks as well as the bottomless fries and waited over 20 minutes until finally person who was bussing tables noticed us and offered to help. Service was TERRIBLE. STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY. Hostess was an absolute nightmare. Not enough servers. Shift change killed the staffing. Bar area only 21. Epic FAIL. You just list 500 plus of revenue. We walked out.
I mean..it's Red Robin. I hate the touch screen device. So gross to try and eat finger food yet have to touch the dirty screen to call your server. We ended up here in a pinch as we were starving and would only go back in another pinch situation.
Food was terrible. Even after they remade it. I will never return to the RR location again in Pleasanton after this experience. I have NEVER had less than excellent service or at least food there until now. I am quick to give multiple chances, not after dealing with the head manager there, he was terrible! The female manager who helped us proir to him tried her best.
