Waited over 45 minutes for a Patty Melt and a soup. Everyone that arrived after me were done by the time I got my food. Manger (Stephanie) brought the food over apologized for unacceptable service and dropped thousand island dressing on my shoe. My meal was comped, REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
we were there for my husband's birthday. Service was so slow that we saw at least 4 couples get up and leave when they hadn't received menus after sitting for 20 minutes. We had to ask several times for refills on the bottomless drinks. We had a party of 5 and one of us did not get a meal served (waitress forgot to order it) One order was overdone, a third had a hair in the fries. Pretty slow service all around. Very disappointed!
Don't go. My husband, a Navy veteran, called and asked if they had Veteran's deal for Veteran's Day. They said yes, he went and ordered the Veterans meal, and got no discount, even after showing proof of being a veteran. What a horrible place!
